Do you mind spending like 3 minutes to fill in the survey? We do this survey for our ex-manager from my ex-workplace hehehe...
So here are the 4 simple questions...


1. Do you want to celebrate birth days at restaurants? (yes/no)
2. How much you are willing to spend for a person? (S$10-15 / S$16-20)
3. Is a free birthday cake necessary? (yes/no)
4. Do you want to get present from the restaurant on your birthday? (yes / no)
